The Springbrook Settlement Area is generally located at the intersection of Creditview Road and Queen Street West and is part of the Credit Valley Secondary Plan. In August 2005, City Council adopted a resolution regarding the block plan area located north of Queen Street between Creditview Road and Mississauga Road.

Look for new communities to be build in Springbrook over the next few years.
