Aurora is an affluent town in York Region, approximately 20 km north of Toronto.

Aurora real estate has been developed within the north-eastern portion the town. Most Aurora real estate is high-density residential homes and townhouses along Bayview Ave and north of Wellington St. E. Home buyers looking for Aurora homes will find many two store homes and bungalows on the market. Aurora real estate prices are reasonable and lot sizes are above average.

Future Aurora homes will be developed in two greenfield areas of the Town. As part of its current Official Plan review, Town Council will soon be considering a plan that will see employment lands, worth approximately 6,000 jobs, preserved on the east side of Leslie Street, with residential restricted to the west side of Leslie Street.
