Amesbury real estate is mainly bungalows and storey-and-a-half brick houses. There are only a small number of semi-detached Amesbury homes in this part of the neighbourhood. These houses were built in the 1950's and early 1960's.

The older Amesbury homes west of Black Creek Drive include smaller two bedroom bungalows, an abundance of semi-detached housing, and a handful of newer homes.
